I am not a mindset coach. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a clinical foundation in how stress, trauma, and behavioral patterns are encoded in the body. Before building Club Serotonin, I spent 8+ years inside high-performance sales environments observing what sustained pressure does to identity, decision-making, and the nervous system over time.

I have lived what I teach. The overachievement, the control, the compulsion to hold everything together — your nervous system learned that was the price of safety. Most people spend years understanding that. The work is getting your body to stop running the program.

This draws from HypnoBreathwork®, nervous system regulation, somatic practice, neuroscience, quantum physics, psychology, attachment theory, stoicism, subconscious rewiring, astrology, numerology, and Native wisdom from my Cherokee lineage. Not a collection of modalities. One coherent system that produces change you can feel in your body, your relationships, and how you move through the world.

What people ask before they begin.

Therapy builds insight. This work builds embodiment. Most people who come to me have spent years understanding their patterns the issue is that insight alone doesn't reprogram a nervous system. We work at the level where the patterns are actually stored, in the body and subconscious. That's where behavior changes, not just understanding of it.
This comes up constantly with high-achievers. Regulation doesn't make you passive it makes you precise. Regulated people make sharper decisions, hold stronger boundaries, and stop losing energy to emotional recovery cycles. Your ambition stays. The emergency mode that's been carrying it doesn't have to.
The foundation is clinical. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with formal training in neuroscience, biomechanics, and how the body physically stores stress. The tools I use are evidence-informed. Where I bring in astrology or energy work, it's always client-led and framed as pattern recognition, not prescription or spiritual bypass.
Safety is the foundation, not the finish line. This work is paced and titrated we stabilize before we go deeper. The goal is never catharsis for its own sake. Every session is contained and intentional, and you're supported through each layer rather than flooded by it.
Self-reliance is often one of the things we end up working on. The people who come to me are already intelligent and high-functioning getting precise support isn't weakness, it's strategy. You wouldn't try to rehab a physical injury alone to prove you don't need help. This follows the same logic.
